Registration Process

  • Form a team of max 4 (including captain)
  • Only Team Captain need to register their team at DoSelect
  • Team members do not need to register separately.

Registration Steps:

  • You might have already received the Infoedge Hackathon 2023 invite email from DoSelect with subject line “Infoedge Hackathon 2023 Registration”.
  • You will have to register on DoSelect with the official email with given link in invite mail.
  • Once you login in DoSelect, you will be able to see the Infoedge Hackthon 2023 contest in my contest section as shown in below screenshot.
  • Click to register button on contest page and fill the relevant details in the form

Final Submissions

  • Visit DoSelect and start the contest phase 1 problem.
  • You will required to submit your project once done with a link to your presentation slides (sharepoint/onedrive) link, GIT repo link. Mention the problem statement, solution and demo video to explain the project in detail
  • Deadline to submit project(s) would be 10:00 AM on Sept 23th, 2023

Project Submission

  • Project in GIT (Repository URL) can be created by simply writing an email to any of the following users
    • sudhanshu.sirohia@99acres.com
    • ghanshyam@infoedge.com
  • Sharing following information:
    • Project Name:
    • Access Type: Developer
  • The project should contain README.md, with undermentioned details:
    •  Brief about the project
    • Steps to install / deploy (If any)
    • Contributor(s)
  • An email notifying regarding the completion on hackathon@naukri.com

Instructions to follow:

  • Only the participants who will register within the given time-frame will be allowed to be a part of the event

    • By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood below Terms and Conditions and you agree to abide by these:

    • Individuals are solely responsible for the security of their code and must protect it from getting leaked, getting shared, and getting copied. You are responsible for your code security before final submission
    • Once the final code is submitted, user agrees to the following:
      • Code submitted is a fresh code written by him/her, if similar code is found in the contest,it will be treated as plagiarism and will lead to disqualification of the participants
      • No claims of IPR infringement etc. shall be raised by the participant against Info Edge (India) Limited in the future
      • Submitted code shall be treated as final and no editing or change request would be raised further
    • Winners will be declared on the basis of code evaluation within 15 days of the event
    • Prize distribution to the winners of the competition will take place within 30 days from the announcement of the result
    • Prizes are non-transferable
    • Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to avoid confusion, incase of discretionary decisions, those taken by the organizers will be final and binding
    • The organizers have a right to modify the format and prize at any time
    • You acknowledge that you have submitted your entry voluntarily

    Evaluation & Prize Distribution

    • The panel of judges would be evaluating the project(s) over the course of the following week
    • Final results would be declared with in two weeks

      • 1st Prize – 1,00,000
      • 2nd Prize – 50,000
      • 3rd Prize –  30,000
      • Public Opinion Award – 10,000
      • Most Innovative Idea Award – 5,000
      • Most Business Impact – 5,000
      • Special prize for the team with all freshers and team with all QA members – 5,000

      Yes, you can work individually or in teams up to 4 people. It’s up to you!
