Organize Virtual Career/Job Fairs at different intervals for jobseekers who are actively looking out and recruiters who are still hiring. Considering the current scenario, we can continue to engage both jobseekers and recruiters through these virtual connects, and ensure that they feel connected with our platform/services. Companies/Recruiters can also get their specific space to host their virtual stall through which they can assess jobseekers and highlight the initiatives they have taken, and showcase their offerings. Activities such as screen selecting the candidates and interviews can be performed via audio/video channels during these fairs.
