Providing Feedback on Video Resumes and Interviews

This project is aimed at automating the process of job application via management, analysis, filtering and providing intelligent feedback on video resumes and video based interviews. This will allow candidates to improve the quality of their applications and enhance the overall experience in the interviews conducted remotely.
Our team would be focusing on following enhancements which include basic processing and feedback –
1) Verifying if the applicant and person giving the interview are the same
2) Judging the audio and video quality based on one or more appropriate metrics
3) Extracting thumbnail from the video
4) Bookmarking the video
5) Eye Gaze Estimation to judge confidence
