RConnect

Through this project, we want to create a two-way connection between the recruiter and the jobseeker. This will create a hook for the jobseeker to visit app other than jobs. The main benefit of this project would be to try different updates/filters without affecting the jobseeker search experience. Like broadcasting an “Actively looking for a job change” flag. There will an activity feed on the recruiter and jobseeker application. The recruiter will initiate the connection and if the jobseeker accepts then we will start pushing updates like the jobseeker has updated his profile, his skills, and preferred location, the jobseeker is started looking for a job. The same jobseeker will see updates from the recruiter like the recruiter has updated his profile, a recruiter has changed his company, a recruiter has posted a new job, etc.
